Uchádzač preukáže, že na plnenie predmetu zmluvy disponuje dendrológom a predloží potvrdenie o zapísaní do Zoznamu odborne spôsobilých osôb pre vyhotovovanie dokumentácie ochrany prírody a krajiny podľa § 55 zákona č. 543/2002 Z. z. o ochrane prírody a krajiny v znení neskorších predpisov. Záujemca v ponuke predloží potvrdenie, že požadovaní odborníci sú v čase predloženia ponuky v pracovnoprávnom pomere so záujemcom. V prípade, že nie je v pracovnoprávnom pomere so záujemcom, môže ísť o tzv. inú osobu podľa § 34 ods. 3 ZVO a je potrebné riadiť sa tam uvedeným postupom. Záujemca berie na vedomie, že osoba určená na plnenie zmluvy sa bude priamo podieľať na plnení predmetu zmluvy.
