Planned annual run: 20,000 km In the price table provided, the contracting authority requests the price of "underrunning" and "overrunning" (HUF/km). Taking into account that the financial settlement resulting from the difference between the estimated (20,000 km/year) and the actual mileage of the Vehicles (underrunning or overrunning) can only be made at the end of the contract, in the settlement agreement closing the contract. The basis of settlement shall be the unit prices indicated by the Lessor in its tender (price table) during the public procurement procedure, governing underruns and overruns. The difference between the estimated mileage and the actual mileage (possible underrun or overrun) is only determined over the entire fixed term of the contract of 48 months. The minimum requirement for the environmental classification of motor vehicles is that the engine propelling the proposed motor vehicles has an environmental classification corresponding to CO, NOx, NMCH and PM emissions in accordance with the ‘zero-emission (KM)’ standard for category A and the ‘EURO 6d’ standard for categories B and C. The fleet management tasks are detailed in the technical specifications provided and in the draft contract. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that it intends to use the vehicles to be procured exclusively within the borders of Hungary, i.e. within Hungary, and therefore also limits the territorial scope of the assistance service to Hungary. The detailed specifications of the vehicles (quality and technical requirements) and further details of the related tasks are set out in the technical specifications and the draft contract. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that if the documentation provided contains a reference to a specific product, type of thing, procedure, activity, patent or trademark of a specific make, the name was only used to clearly determine the nature of the object, and whether or not it is listed next to the name, the contracting authority – the Public Procurement Act. 321/2015 referred to in Section 58(4). (X.30.) Government Decree. Pursuant to Section 46(3) – accepts equivalent offers. Equivalence shall be granted to the tenderer in accordance with Decree 321/2015. You must prove it in your tender in accordance with Chapter VII of the Government Decree.
