Requirements imposed on the tenderer and the system 2.1 Requirements for cloud-based service • During the tenderer's service, apply regular program updates, run update scripts and packages. • Ensure application monitoring and logging. • The service provider should carry out preventive maintenance, ensure program versions in accordance with the relevant legislation and continuously update the system used. • Apply antivirus solutions on the provider’s server. • Customer support related to the use of the recommended software is provided
