… solutions based on the overall visions and objectives for the area. In special cases, the contracting authority reserves the right to have individual projects handled by other advisors or partners. Thus, the contracting authority is not required to request consultancy services for all the projects covered by the framework agreement. The contracting entity's need for advisory services will depend on the decisions taken at all times on the development and implementation of the project. However, the contracting authority shall endeavour to involve the selected general consultant to the greatest extent possible in the development and realisation of the projects covered by the vision for the area. The detailed description of the tendered task can be found in the complete tender documentation, including the draft framework agreement and its annexes. The framework agreement is based on ABR 18 and Service Description for Construction and Landscape 2018 (YBL18) and sets out the general terms and conditions for the total consultant's provision of consultancy services to the Contracting Authority. On the basis of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority may request specific advisory tasks on an ongoing basis. For each task, a separate contract supplement (ATR – Agreement on activity, time and resources) is concluded in which the task’s purpose, services, deliveries, schedule, staffing, consultancy skills, expected resource consumption, fees and other task-specific conditions are determined. The framework agreement and its annexes form the basis for the conclusion of the contract with the successful tenderer. The individual tasks are carried out on the terms set out in the framework agreement and the ATR in force at any given time.
