The adjacent nursing home on Sankt Lukas Vej 9A is in full operation throughout the demolition, and parallel construction activity is expected on the neighboring matrices. The work will be carried out on an area-limited construction site with a shared access road, noise, dust and vibration reduction and coordination with the neighbouring project. The tender also includes options for a temporary alternative road access and the demolition of a passageway between Lindely Care Centre and Sankt Lukas Stiftelsen's building.
