What the buyer is looking for
By means of this tender procedure, Gasunie intends to select one contractor for the performance of the contract. The aim of this tender is to continue and further develop the current AV device. This means that we want a reliable and efficient audiovisual landscape that optimally supports end users (Gasunie employees) in the current hybrid working environment. By selecting a tenderer who is involved during all phases (idea, design, engineering, execution and management) of the process (working in a team) and can support Gasunie when needed, continuity and reliability are guaranteed. The estimated value for the entire duration of the framework agreement (8 years) is estimated at €6 000 000. This estimated value refers to the total amount, excluding sales tax and excluding indexation, including options and extensions as indicated in this guidance. These figures are based on available historical data and relevant future expectations. You cannot derive any rights from this.
