… time of contracting, the Client has a budget for the preparation phase up to and including the VO phase. The necessary budget for further development of the design to DO and implementation phase will be requested on the basis of an approved SSK of the VO. The moment will be linked to the completed VO and corresponding cost estimate during the construction team phase. The Client will have to organise the necessary budget during the construction team phase. If this is not possible, the Client is obliged to stop/dissolve the assignment at the end of the construction team agreement. For this reason, no tasking budget is issued, but candidates are asked to provide a tender price for the construction team phase up to and including VO. The further elaboration to DO was included as an option of the construction team phase. See detailed description in the tender document.
