What the buyer is looking for
We are looking for a supplier who can supply various wood products to us through a framework agreement. Wood products include, for example, spruce slats, larix boards and sheets of plywood, particle board, garden wood etc. These products are used by us to make various end products for our customers. The range of timber products to be supplied is described in the price sheet (Annex 4). These materials must be delivered on demand and as required at our location in Dokkum de Hogedijken 40. The Agreement has an initial duration of two years. Thereafter, we have the possibility to extend the Agreement up to two times for a period of 12 months under the same conditions. The Agreement has a total estimated value of € 1,000,000 excluding VAT, calculated over the entire term including the maximum number of possible extensions. This estimate serves as an indication of the size and no rights can be derived from it.
