Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium Marktredwitz The Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium (OHG) is located in the southeastern urban area of Marktredwitz within the school centre. The school currently consists of 4 components, which were built between 1960 and 1977. In 2007, an additional canteen was added. The Gymnasium is currently attended by around 620 pupils from the districts of Wunsiedel i. Fichtelgebirge and Tirschenreuth. In recent years, a planning team worked intensively on the plans for the general refurbishment of all components, which was to be carried out in two construction phases. The school has already moved out of parts 3 and 4 of the building, which were to be renovated in the first construction phase. … critically reviewed by the contracting authority. Instead of the originally planned renovation of the entire school, only the auditorium building is to be renovated. The further space requirements are to be covered in a new building. All other parts of the building will be rebuilt. The tendered planning services include the following building blocks: • Subproject 1: General refurbishment of the auditorium building • Service phases 5-9 + special services (see 4 specifications) • GFA: approx. 4,800 m2 • Spatial programme see annex • Focus: Music, art, classes, few offices • Construction of a toilet extension to the existing canteen • Subproject 2: Construction of a new building • Performance phases 1-9 • GFA: approx. 4100 m2 • Spatial programme see annex • Focus: Natural Sciences, Classes, Administration Planning (partly up to LPH 5) has already been carried out for the refurbishment of the auditorium building. The planning results should be reused to the maximum possible extent. It can be assumed that there will be two different technical planning teams for the two sub-projects. Both planning teams must be coordinated by the tenderer to the extent described in the HOAI (Basic Services).
