… contractual lots: Lot 1: Monitoring & superordinate coordination, including expert support of P&T measures, chemical and hydraulic groundwater monitoring, reporting, occupational safety and health as well as official communication. The scope of services includes in particular: Overall coordination and organization of the overall monitoring, the defensive measure, the precautionary measure as well as the participating specialist companies, laboratories, authorities and other stakeholders; expert supervision of the operation of the hydraulic P&T mitigation measure to the south and the P&T fuse measure to the north of the Blitzkuhlenstraße; monthly or, where necessary, closer chemical and hydraulic groundwater monitoring, including sampling, on-site parameters, laboratory analysis, evaluation and evaluation; documentation, data storage, groundwater equilibrium plans, CKW flag maps, monthly, interim and annual reports; phase-specific assessment and adjustment of monitoring over the five operational phases of the overall measure; drawing up, updating and implementing a work and safety plan in accordance with TRGS 524, including risk assessment, protective measures and training; communication with the authorities and participation in voting appointments; technical interface with lot 2, including handover of monitoring data and technical boundary conditions for groundwater modelling and proof of compatibility and participation in at least quarterly coordination dates. The scope of services includes in particular: a one-off compilation of a numerical transient groundwater flow model for the whole system of tramway area and environment, including model design, parameterisation, calibration, validation and documentation; updating and adapting the model for defined scenarios on a phase-by-phase or ad hoc basis, in particular in the event of changes in withdrawal rates, operating phases, seawater levels, sea flooding or reactivation of the defence measure; derivation of management recommendations based on scenario calculations; inventory and evaluation of planning approval documents, permits, implementation plans and the hydraulic assumptions used; Assessing the impact of P&T measures on groundwater inflow, seawater balance, water quality, CHP trajectories, maritime operations and management; Preparation of the report "Proof of compatibility Heidesee" including preparation, coordination and revision in accordance with the authorities; Use of Lot 1 data and participation in at least quarterly consultations with the contractor Lot 1 and, if necessary, with the competent authorities.
