The client attaches particular importance to sustainable concepts and techniques, both in construction and operation. In addition to parking areas required under municipal law, there is an additional need for charging stations and parking spaces for company cars, bicycles and motorcycles on the outdoor area. In order to be able to realize the construction project, in addition to the usual building permits, permits of the Federal Office for Social Security (BAS) as the supervisory authority of the client must also be obtained. In addition, the contracting authority must involve its self-government (board of directors and construction committee as steering committee) in the course of the procedure. Construction is currently scheduled to begin in November 2030.
