… of competitive tendering and will be responsible as a whole for the provision of a remote digital newspaper and magazine service. The contract period is two (2) years. The procuring entity has the right to extend the contract for a maximum option period of two (2) years under the terms of the contract. See also the "Permanent contract" chapter of the contract attached as Annex A to the invitation to tender. The estimated value of the acquisition is between EUR 915 000 and EUR 1 090 000 (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the contract is EUR 1 090 000 (VAT 0 %). The figures are based on estimates of the use of the framework agreement provided by the subscriber units. The maximum value of the framework agreement has been calculated for 4 years.
