… Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the Order. 5. The contracting authority would like to inform you that, as part of the implementation of the public procurement contract, it provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option – the detailed provisions on the implementation of the option are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the Public Procurement Act. 6.
