The scope of the works also includes the execution of all temporary and associated works and supplies and services necessary to achieve the purpose of the investment and its proper functioning, even if they are not expressly indicated in para. 3 of this paragraph. 1.4. As part of the performance of the subject of the Contract, the Contractor is also obliged to: 1) obtaining a decision on permission to use, 2) performing copyright supervision, 3) ensuring archaeological and sapper supervision - to the extent required by law or the conditions for the execution of works. 2.
