Where the Contractors jointly apply for the award of a contract, the Contracting Authority shall examine whether there are grounds for exclusion in respect of each of those Contractors. 8. If the Contractor intends to subcontract part of the contract to a Subcontractor, the Contracting Authority shall examine whether the Subcontractor is subject to the exclusion grounds provided for in respect of the Contractor. The subject of the order is the supply of high-performance computer sets and monitors dedicated to advanced scientific calculations, data analysis, machine learning and molecular visualization. The equipment is intended for the implementation of didactic and scientific tasks using software for quantum-mechanical chemistry, modeling of crystallographic and crystallochemical systems, molecular dynamics and protein analysis and docking. The contracting authority provides for optional contracts on the terms set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the tender specifications.
