… 2) The Contractor guarantees that the subject of the lease (a new specialized funeral vehicle with burial buildings, which is the subject of the contract) is free from quality defects, including construction, material, performance and legal defects. 3) On the day of acceptance of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with documents specifying the terms of service, operating instructions, technical inspection, warranty documents, registration certificate, approval documents and CE certificate of conformity. 3. Financing conditions: 1) The purchase of a new specialized funeral vehicle will be financed by the Contractor, also known as the Financer. 2) Currency of the lease agreement – PLN. 3) Operating lease term – 72 months. 4) Number of instalments – 71 equal monthly instalments. Lease payments equal over the life of the lease, calculated using a fixed interest rate. Monthly installments equal, consisting of the capital and interest parts. Each installment payable by the 25th of each month. The last instalment may be compensatory (it may be increased or reduced by differences resulting from the rounding of all other instalments). 5) Handling fee: 0 %. 6) Initial fee of 10% of the net value of the leased item + VAT, payable within 14 days from the date of signing the lease agreement. The initial fee is not a leasing installment. 7) The leasing installment should include the costs related to the implementation of the leasing agreement, in particular commissions, all transport costs to the destination, training of employees, etc. – in the capital part. 8) After the end of the lease agreement, after the payment of the last lease installment, the Ordering Party will purchase within 30 days, the subject of the lease for 6% of the net value of the subject of the lease + VAT. The Ordering Party shall pay the redemption fee on the basis of a pro-forma invoice. 9) In the first and subsequent years, the Ordering Party reserves the right to insure the subject of the lease, OC/AC/NW, on its own, for which no fee and any other cost may be provided under the lease agreement. 10) The cost of registration and the cost of tax on means of transport does not constitute a component of the price of the offer. 11) The Ordering Party will bear the costs of periodic, mandatory technical inspections. 12) For additional activities and services not covered by the subject of the contract, the Financer may attach a Table of Fees and Commissions to the contract. 13) The Ordering Party does not allow securing the contract in the form of a blank promissory note. 4. If the Contractor finds that the national or European standards or international standards used in the tender specifications and in the annexes to the tender specifications may indicate the producers of the products or their sources of origin, the Contracting Authority shall accept equivalent solutions in this regard. This means that the main technical parameters relevant to achieving the purpose of the products thus indicated determine the minimum expectations required by the Ordering Party as to the quality of the products to be used to perform the subject of the contract.
