… consumed as part of self-consumption and part will be rebalanced to the contracting authority's energy consumption points indicated in the description of the subject of the contract. with the City of Maków Mazowiecki, the Municipal House of Culture and the Municipal Enterprise of Municipal Services Sp. z o.o. The contracting authority shall provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1) CTMR. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services consistent with the subject matter of the contract. Subject of the contract: similar services compatible with the subject-matter of the contract with CPV codes: 6530000 – electricity transmission and similar services, CVP: 09310000 - Electricity specified in this order. Size and scope of the contract: up to 20% of the contract value. Conditions under which the contract will be awarded: in accordance with the conditions set out in the EWS.
