… public procurement procedures for new investments related to the expansion of KISMiA. At the same time, an important goal will remain in the implementation of tasks by the Consultant, effective enforcement of works from the Contractors, requirements regarding the quality of materials used and the implementation of works, execution of the facility in accordance with the design documentation, within the deadlines set in the contracts with the Contractors. The Consultant shall develop and submit to the Ordering Party: ‘Organisation and methodology of investor supervision’.
