… contract, by the Contractor (or a subcontractor - if applicable), persons driving vehicles for the collection of waste and performing loading and collection activities. The requirements for employment are set out in § 8 PPU. 2.3 The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of extending the period of performance of the Agreement, using the option right (hereinafter referred to as the "Option") specified in § 2 sec. 3 and §13 PPU. The Ordering Party is not obliged to use the Option in whole or in part and in the event of non-use of the Option shall not be liable to the Contractor for non-execution of the Option. The implementation of the Option will be launched by the Ordering Party, provided that it has the financial resources and a justified need to carry out the activities falling within the scope of the Option. The Contractor is obliged to provide services in the scope of the Options under the conditions resulting from the contract.
