… foundation of their network, c) obtaining the necessary agreements and decisions regarding the implemented project, in particular: - a decision on a building permit or a certificate of non-objection to the intention to carry out construction works, - a decision on the location of a public purpose investment or an extract from a local zoning plan, - obtaining the necessary arrangements and decisions regarding the implemented project (ZUD, greenery inventories, permits of the Conservator of Monuments, environmental decisions, on building conditions, water and legal, etc.). 2) Scope of the study: a) geological documentation, geotechnical analysis of the substrate. Execution of a survey of soil and water conditions for the foundation of structural layers, b) documentation for submitting a construction work (divided into individual branches) or a multi-branch construction project (architectural and construction design, land development design, technical design) - in the case of the need to obtain a building permit, c) execution of executive projects, separately for each branch, d) execution of the STWiORB, e) design of a permanent traffic organization with approval, f) execution of a bill of quantities, a form for valuation and an investor's cost estimate for all branches in a continuous tabular layout - one table, broken down by types of works: (general heading, road works, industrial works, etc., summary of the net/gross value of the whole task). The pre-measurement form for valuation is subject to separate agreement and approval by the Ordering Party, g) obtaining all other necessary decisions, opinions, permits, design conditions necessary to perform the subject of the contract, h) obtaining technical conditions and network security arrangements from network gesturers or liquidation of collisions. 3) The Contractor will initiate and take part in coordination meetings (if necessary) in order to present the execution of project studies. Coordination meetings will take place (at the Ordering Party's headquarters or using instant messengers) on the date agreed with the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall draw up a report on the findings of the coordination meetings. The Ordering Party reserves the right to initiate deliberations on its part. All relevant information having a direct impact on the date and quality of performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will immediately provide the Ordering Party with generally accepted and available methods (letter, e-mail) ensuring the possibility of confirming the information provided. 4) The Contractor is obliged to: 1. cooperation with the Contracting Authority in the preparation of opinions, evaluations, analyses concerning the task being developed for the needs of other institutions, 2. participation in the tender procedure for the selection of the Contractor for construction works in the scope of immediate preparation of answers to the tenderers' questions regarding the design elaboration, 3. author's supervision during the implementation of the investment according to the project being the subject of the contract, 4. non-use of proper names in the content of the project, and also in the case of using the phrase "or equally
