As part of the subject of the basic contract, the Contractor undertakes, in particular: 1) provide the Software required for the proper operation of the System, 2) grant or ensure the granting of any licenses along with Technical Support, for a specified period of 36 months from the signing of the Implementation Acceptance Protocol (the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to implement the System within 45 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement), required for the proper operation of the System as a whole and its individual elements, for at least 100 thousand workstations or servers in the distributed IT infrastructure of the Recipient and Units (if applicable), of which 7,000 for the Ministry of Justice, 93,000 for Units, 170 for CZdS IGB (the number of licenses for CZdS IGB is an optional scope of the order). The Licensee is the Recipient, and the entities authorized to use the System are Units, 3) implement, run and configure the System to migrate data and restore the configuration from the currently operated System, 4) perform Design Documentation and Post-Executive Documentation, 5) transfer to the Recipient the author's property rights to the Documentation developed by the Contractor under the Agreement, 6) as part of the implementation - perform a knowledge transfer for a maximum of 20 persons indicated by the Recipient, in the scope of the functioning of the delivered System and maintenance and development activities in the area of its administration, to the extent and under the conditions described in Chapter V of the OPZ (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), 7) grant the Recipient a Guarantee for the System delivered under the Agreement, including the Software Guarantee, from the date of signing of the Protocol of System Implementation to the expiry of the license period, not longer than for a period of 36 months and provide warranty services within the scope of the implemented System, as part of the remuneration resulting from the Agreement, 8) conduct Training Workshops for a maximum of 20 people indicated by the Recipient, related to the offered System, to the extent and under the conditions described in Chapter VI of the OPZ (Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference), 3. As part of the subject of the optional contract (right of option), the Contractor undertakes to: • provide up to 170 licenses for CZdS IGB, • carry out integration with existing SIEM and SOAR systems in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter II of the OPZ (annex. No. 2 to the Terms of Reference), • provide Technical Assistance Services in the Polish language, in a maximum number of 2000 man-hours during the term of the Agreement, under the conditions described in Chapter VIII of the Terms of Reference (Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference). 4.
