Protective jackets and trousers must be approved in combination for the operational service for the aforementioned use and must be manufactured by a manufacturer. For sampling and to carry out a wearing test, the fire brigade of the city of Bensheim must be provided with one set of protective clothing (protective jacket and protective trousers) free of charge in sizes M, L and XL for 14 days from the submission date (03.11.2026, 10:00). … with the performance requirements set out in the specifications and with the 1:1 product offered. Tenders must be submitted digitally via the Subreport procurement portal. For the delivery of the corresponding protective suits, which must also be submitted by the submission date (03.11.2026, 10:00 am), the address label (document is attached to the tender documents) must be used. Failure to deliver the samples leads to the mandatory exclusion of the offer in accordance with § 57(1)(2) VgV. The delivery address of the sample sets is the city administration of Bensheim, Kirchbergstraße 18, Zimmer 412, 64625 Bensheim. The costs of dispatch and return shall be borne by the tenderer. A pre-paid parcel note for the return must be enclosed with the parcel. In the total purchase volume of 370 sets of protective clothing (protective jacket and protective trousers), two thirds are expected to be in the size range S-XL and the other third is expected to be in the size range XS; 2XL; 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. The actual size quantities can only be ordered after fitting and final measurement by the company. After the award of the contract, the survey is expected to take place on 27, 28 and 29 November 2026 (6 hours each) at the location of the Bensheim-Mitte fire brigade, Robert-Bosch-Straße 7-9 in 64625 Bensheim. In order to assess the performance criteria, the tender must be accompanied by the necessary product data sheets and size tables. The ordered protective clothing will be delivered to the fire brigade Bensheim-Mitte, Robert-Bosch-Straße 7-9 in 64625 Bensheim free kerb edge. Delivery date is as soon as possible, but no later than 02.05.2027. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the award criteria price and comfort.
