The subject matter of this contract is not subdivided into lots, due to the following reasons: * the physical object of the contract concerns a single building (the New Courthouse of Piraeus) and not multiple, spatially or functionally independent facilities. · Splitting the contract into separate lots would inevitably lead to the simultaneous execution of works by multiple contractors within the same physical space, with obvious risks of overlapping responsibilities, delays in coordination and sharing of responsibilities…

… in case of improper execution, to the possibility of achieving economy of scale for the benefit of the contracting authority, requires a single visual/graphic identity, a single color and typological coding system and a single logical wayfinding throughout the building (wings, floors, basement, exterior space), in order for the marking to function as a single, coherent system of guidance and separation of flows, as detailed in Annex I. Splitting into lots with would create a substantial risk of incompatibility of materials, colours, fonts, pictograms and technical specifications between the individual lots, resulting in a deterioration of the functionality and aesthetic unity of the marking system. Tenders shall be submitted in respect of all the services and goods to be supplied. The estimated value of this contract is €1,618,510.00 including 24% VAT (budget excluding VAT: 1.305.250,00€, VAT 24%: €313.260.00). The duration of the contract is set at fifteen (15) months from the date of publication of the contract in KIMDIS and until the receipt of the last deliverable.
