Part B - extension of the subscription to the basic functionality of DB2 and RACF with the provision of Support Services or delivery of equivalent software with support in the subscription model, for a period of 48 months and provision of hours for Additional Tasks. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 2B to the ToR. Part C – Extension of subscription to existing mainframe job automation tool software with support services or delivery of equivalent software with subscription model support, for a period of 48 months and provision of hours for Additional Tasks. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 2C to the ToR. For lots A, B and C of the contract: 1) The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with the necessary access data within 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement by e-mail to the Ordering Party's e-mail address, enabling the implementation of the subject of the Agreement, including downloading Software or equivalent software by the Ordering Party; 2) The Contractor will grant a license in the subscription model for the Software or equivalent software for a period of 48 months from the date of delivery of the access data referred to in point. 1) but not earlier than 21.10.2026: For 891 MSU not earlier than 21.10.2026 to 30.10.2027; For 3450 MSU from 31.10.2027 until 48 months after the Subscription activation date; 3) The Contractor will provide Software Support Services or equivalent software, Additional Tasks for the duration of the Software Subscription or equivalent software. The contracting authority shall provide for the award of a supplementary contract in the maximum amount of: - for Lot A - 17% of the value of the basic contract, - for Lot B - 32% of the value of the basic contract, - for Lot C - 17% of the value of the basic contract, for the supply of software consistent with its subject matter and consisting in the repetition of additional deliveries, e.g. related to the need to supplement the functionality of the software that is the subject matter of the basic contract or to improve the performance of the software that is the subject matter of the basic contract, to cover new areas of the contracting authority (e.g. an additional module for monitoring the previously uncovered system). The supplementary contract shall be awarded on terms identical to those of the basic contract.
