… purchase (we allow non-cash transactions using fuel cards) of unleaded petrol meeting the requirements of PN-EN 228, made directly at the point of sale (fuel station) of the Contractor, located in the city of Starogard Gdański (open from Monday to Saturday from min. 06:00 - 16:00) in the amount of 8 m3. Refuelling will be carried out successively to the Ordering Party's canisters at the Contractor's petrol station. 2. The volume of monthly deliveries and the partial delivery cycle, the date and type of fuel (depending on weather conditions, in the case of forecasted temperature drops below -20°C, the Ordering Party will require the delivery of fuel with increased parameters, the so-called GRP). ‘Arctic’, for which the cold filter locking temperature in winter is -32°C, in accordance with PN-EN 590 and the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018, as amended)), will each time be determined by the Ordering Party by e-mail, no later than 48 hours before the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's warehouse: 1) diesel fuel in the amount of 18-21m3; 2) light fuel oil in the amount of 1m3. 3. The above quantities of diesel oil and light fuel oil may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party within ± 20% of the specified quantity. 4. A certified fuel quality certificate for proof of issue, identified by a number, from the manufacturer concerned or made by an authorised laboratory (or a copy thereof, which may be generated in the form of an electronic printout containing the name of the authorised person) must be provided for each fuel delivery. In addition, the certificate must: (1) be compatible with the qualification of the fuel; 2) contain basic data characterizing the fuel supplied; 3. be provided with the date and inspection number of the test; 4) made no earlier than 7 days before delivery; 5) prepared in Polish or translated into Polish. 5. In the case of non-cash purchase of gasoline, the Ordering Party will waive the need to submit a quality certificate. 6. For each part-delivery (concerns Parts I and II), a fuel sample may be taken from the tanker for laboratory analysis in an accredited laboratory (concerns a possible complaint). The collected sample should be in two identical, marked and sealed containers, one for the Contractor and the Ordering Party. Sample containers shall be supplied by the Contractor. 7. In the event of a circumstance indicating that the quality of fuel does not meet the PN-EN 228 standard (applies to retail purchases - part III), the Ordering Party will submit an appropriate complaint in accordance with the Contractor's procedure.
