… to the tender specifications (i.e., in particular, data sheets of the devices offered, information folders, a statement specifying the manufacturer and model of the devices offered, configuration and parameters in Polish, etc.). Minimum conditions of warranty and service - in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract, which is attached as Annex A to this tender specification. The contracting authority shall allow equivalent tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may offer equipment with the same or better technical, quality and functional parameters, meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex A to the ToR. In the event that the description of the subject of the contract includes trademarks, the Contractor may offer an equivalent assortment not inferior to the assortment indicated by the Ordering Party. The equivalent assortment must meet the condition that it is a minimum of the same class or with the same parameters as expected by the Ordering Party, i.e. the equivalent assortment must meet or exceed the technical and operational requirements described by the Ordering Party in the tender specification. The Contractor who relies on solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party shall be obliged to demonstrate that the equipment offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, in particular by means of the means of proof in question, that the supplies offered meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified by the Ordering Party. The contracting authority accepts the equivalent means of proof in question if it confirms that the supplies offered meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified by the contracting authority.
