… methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1058), • Regulation of the Minister of State Assets of 27 November 2019 on a detailed list of liquid fuels whose production, storage or transhipment, transmission or distribution, trade, including foreign trade, requires a concession, and whose transport requires entry in the register of importing entities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021, item 2336 as amended) – gas oils falling within CN codes 2710 1943 2710 20 11, • PN-EN-590 as appropriate for the season or equivalent, CPV code: 09134000-7. 2. The place of delivery of the subject of the contract is the Warsaw University of Life Sciences Agricultural Experimental Plant in Żelazna, Żelazna 43, 96-116 Dębowa Góra and Warsaw University of Life Sciences Agricultural Experimental Plant in Żelazna Farm in Chylice, Chylice Kolonia, ul. Parkowa 9, 96 – 313 Jaktorów. 3. Implementation of the subject of the order, delivery of diesel fuel, will be made by the Contractor's own transport to the fuel warehouses of the Ordering Party in Żelazna and Chylice. The oil will be refuelled directly into the above-ground tanks. The cost of transporting diesel fuel shall be borne by the Contractor. 4.The contractor will supply tanker fuel, equipped with fuel metering devices with a valid certificate of verification of the metering device. It is forbidden to deliver oil in plastic barrels or containers. 5. Specific delivery dates will be agreed with the Ordering Party each time, after taking into account the stock and current condition and within the deadlines indicated in the model contract. 6. Local inspection a) The contracting authority does not provide for an obligation for the contractor to carry out an on-site inspection and to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available at the contracting authority's premises. 7. The contractor must indicate in the tender form the parts of the contract which it intends to subcontract and, if known, the subcontractor’s companies. 8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the subject of the contract in material and quantitative terms, during the term of the contract, by no more than 40% of the contract value. 9. Additional conditions relating to the subject-matter of the contract and the Contractor’s obligations are included in the model contract constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.
