… http://www.labjot.com/register, to which the Contractor is entitled to distribute and with the reservation that the total value of the contract will not change in the case of: a) withdrawing the reagent listed in Annex A to the tender specification from distribution and replacing it with a substitute product (equivalent) at a price not higher than the price of the reagent set out in this contract, b) introducing by the manufacturer a new reagent with physico-chemical properties favourable to the Ordering Party from the point of view of the results (quality) of scientific research carried out, at a price not higher than that specified in the manufacturer's catalogue, less the discount declared by the Contractor in the tender form, c) the need to change the reagent included in Annex A to the tender specification to another reagent included in the catalogue published on the manufacturer's website http://www.labjot.com/register at a price not higher than that specified in the manufacturer's catalogue, less the discount declared by the Contractor in the tender form.
