… Biodiversity Park at the PWSFTviT in Łódź. 2. The fitting-out of buildings with the exception of the Z building has already been carried out there. in accordance with project 3. The construction of a thematic garden of ‘vertical rain gardens (natural air conditioning)’ in building Z together with an electrical installation (lighting) for water and sewerage (irrigation and drainage of water together with a pumping system) – the contracting authority supplies only wooden bales for palisades and L4-shaped retaining walls. Construction of a thematic garden of "vertical rain gardens (collection of Polish fern)" with 3D models and a water installation (irrigation with retention tanks) 5. Purchase of pumps and planting of ‘spring plants in the rain garden’. 6. Delivery of as-built documentation 7. Execution of training in the care of plants and operation of vertical garden installations. 8. Performing comprehensive care for a period of at least two years counting from the next year after planting twice a year in the spring and at the end of summer. 9. Guarantee for external plantings min. 36 months (criterion for evaluation of offers) 10. Warranty for internal plantings 60 months
