The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option. Primary procurement: Provision of medical services in the field of additional medical care for employees of the company Applications Krytyczne Sp. z o.o. (Ordering Party) and their families for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract. Contract under option law: Provision of medical services in the field of additional medical care for employees of the company Applications Krytyczne Sp. z o.o. (Ordering Party) and their families for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of termination of the contract. 2.
