… exception of Article 11. 5. The contracting authority shall require that the medical devices offered are adapted to perform an effective and safe medical procedure for both the patient and the user, in accordance with the medical procedure under which the device is intended to be used. In particular, products must: be compatible with the operating technique used by the Ordering Party, enable the correct and precise execution of the medical procedure, ensure safety of use, ergonomics and minimize the risk of errors and complications. The Contracting Authority indicates that compliance with the above requirement will be confirmed by the members of the Contracting Authority's Commission together with persons who use the offered products on a daily basis. The process of testing these products will be documented and attached to the minutes of this proceeding. 6. The quantities of products given in the unit price form are indicative and the Ordering Party has the right to order smaller quantities, except that not less than 60% of the value of the contract / task. 7. Contracting authority pursuant to Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act awards contracts in lots, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 8. The order consists of 11 tasks. 9. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered products have a shelf life of at least 24 months from the date of delivery to the seat of the Ordering Party. 10. It does not allow the submission of variants as well as covering only certain items from the task.
