… in point 5.1.4 confirms that the relationship between the Contractor and the entity or entities making resources available guarantees effective access to these resources and specifies in particular: - the extent of the resources of the provider available to the Contractor; - the manner and period of making available to the Contractor and the use by him of the resources of the entity making those resources available in the performance of the contract; - whether and to what extent the entity making resources available, on whose capacities the Contractor relies with regard to the conditions for participation in the procedure concerning education, professional qualifications or experience, will perform the contract/part thereof to which the indicated capacities relate. NOTE - The Contractor is obliged to comply with the information obligation provided for in Article 13 or Article 14 of the GDPR towards natural persons from whom he obtained personal data directly or indirectly (in the case of using Subcontractors / Third Parties / Contractors forming part of a consortium) in order to apply for a contract in this procedure. 5.1.6. A statement indicating which parts of the contract will be performed by each contractor, in the case of contractors jointly applying for the contract and in relation to the conditions indicated in point. 4.1.5 - drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Annex 5 to the ToR (if applicable). 5.1.7.
