… ability to rationally manage time, self-presentation, the art of conversation and calm argumentation, dealing with negative emotions, ways of looking for a job, conducting conversations with potential employers, preparing documents for starting a job, adequate self-esteem, motivation to work, budget management, etc. Each of the above-mentioned 11 modules will be completed in the amount of 2 didactic hours, and the selected modules will be additionally extended by a total of 8 didactic hours, which together will give 30 didactic hours for one edition of classes. The topics to be expanded will be selected in accordance with the needs reported by the participants during the training and with the needs identified by the trainer. The purpose of the service is to prepare participants to acquire appropriate social skills, strengthen confidence in their own abilities and skills and prepare participants to actively seek and obtain employment, move around the labour market, after completing imprisonment
