What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude one (1) framework agreement with one (1) party that fully supports the participating organisations in the hiring of temporary external personnel. The successful tenderer will conclude the same contract with each individual participating organisation. Banenplein Limburg wants to be supported by a Temporary Staff Hire Desk that offers an integral solution for all requests for temporary staff of the contracting authority. Temporary staff can be deployed on the basis of sending, secondment and self-employed persons. The initial duration of the framework agreement is set at four (4) years, starting on 27 March 2027. Optionally, the participating organisation can unilaterally decide to extend the agreement by 2 times 1 year. The framework agreement has a maximum duration of six years (6) and therefore automatically ends no later than 27 March 2033.
