… items: Item 1: Evolutionary maintenance of IP telephony systems / Item 2: Provision of IP telephone terminals and related accessories. The form chosen for performance of the contract shall be order forms with no minimum and maximum single successful tenderer pursuant to Article R2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code. The contract shall be concluded for a period of 48 months from the date of notification of the contract. The deadlines for the execution of order forms are defined in Article 4 of the CAPC. The conditions for carrying out the services are described in Article 6.1 of the CCAP and in the CCTP. The procedures for verifying the services are defined in Article 6.2 of the CCAP and in the CCTP The deadlines for performance are defined in Article 4 of the CCAP. Prices are unit prices and revision procedures are defined in Article 5 of the CAPC. Penalties are defined in Article 8 of the CAPC
