… through this platform on the basis of the tendered framework agreement. The purchasers designated and entitled by the members receive personal online access. They put the required items together in a shopping cart and send the order electronically to the respective supplier. The latter takes over the further order processing and delivery in accordance with the framework agreement. The respective supply contract is concluded exclusively between the supplier and the ordering member. KoPart eG does not become the contractual partner of the individual supply contracts. Additional members may be activated for electronic catalogue purchasing during the term, provided that they are among the eligible contracting authorities designated in the contract notice. Subsequent accession to KoPart eG or activation for the ordering platform does not in itself constitute a right of access under this framework agreement.
