What the buyer is looking for
These Tender Specifications contain the rules relating to the format of the Tender and the award of the Contract. The subject of the award procedure is the conclusion of a joint framework agreement for the supply of 100% Belgian green electricity and the purchase of injected electricity (lot 1) and natural gas (lot 2) at the EAN connection points of the participating contracting authorities. The delivery period shall run from 01/01/2027 at the earliest until 31/12/2030 at the latest for electricity and injection and from 01/01/2027 06h00 at the earliest until 01/01/2031 06h00 at the latest for natural gas. The framework agreement has a fixed duration of no more than 48 months and does not contain any tacit renewal.
