… admitted candidates to collect offers for the supply of specific items, in accordance with the Technical Specification attached to the respective invitation. The dynamic purchasing system is not divided into separate categories within the meaning of Article 83(3) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject includes the supply of reagents, chemicals, consumables and glassware and others for the needs of the Medical University – Sofia. The purpose of the reagents to be supplied, chemicals, consumables, glassware and others, including closed systems, are for teaching and teaching activities, for full-time doctoral students, as well as for approved projects under the MFA, NSF, and others with national and international funding in the following strategic scientific areas for the university, but not only: - Medicine; - Dental medicine; - Pharmacy. The reagents, chemicals, consumables, glassware and others to be supplied shall fully comply with all requirements of the Contracting Authority from the technical specifications. The technical specifications shall be subject to approval and publication for each specific order within the DPS. Total estimated quantity of reagents, whales, consumables, glassware and others subject to the contract for the entire duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System – 138 600 units (number/packaging/litre). The technical specifications shall not contain any requirements referring to a particular manufacturer or supplier, nor any trade mark, patent or origin characterising the articles. The proposed reagents, chemicals, consumables and glassware and others should be new, unused, not sampled and not recycled. Reagents, chemicals, consumables and glassware and others should be supplied in original undamaged packaging.
