… 2. The detailed description and method of performance of the contract includes the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 1.1 to the tender specifications. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) CTMR. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 4. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it. 5.
