The contracting authority does not provide for the submission of variants. 4.3. The contracting authority does not envisage awarding the contract in lots. In the opinion of the Contracting Authority, the scope of the contract cannot be divided into lots. The division of the contract into lots would lead to organisational and technical difficulties in the implementation of the subject-matter of the contract. The lack of division of the contract into lots does not limit accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises. 4.4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the tender specifications and in the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the tender specifications. Ignacego Skorupka 21, 90-532 Łódź tel.: +48 (42) 638-48-88 e-mail: [email protected] 33.1 Pursuant to Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires by the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of the employment relationship, persons performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2025, item 277), i.e. the activities of an employee performing directly the work related to the assembly and disassembly of GPS devices, the activities of an employee performing directly the GPS telematics and video service, the activities of an employee performing directly the technical support service for the proper functioning of devices and the operation of an IT application. 33.2 The Ordering Party has the right to require the Contractor to provide a photocopy of the current employment contract. A photocopy of the contract should contain the name and surname of the employee, the date of conclusion of the contract, the type of employment contract, the length of time and the scope of the employee's duties. 33.3 The type of activities related to the performance of the contract and the method of verifying the employment of these persons and the power of the Contracting Authority to check that the Contractor meets the requirements related to the employment of these persons and the penalties for failure to meet them are specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the tender specifications) and in the model contract (Annex 7 to the tender specifications). 27. INFORMATION ON PROCUREMENT PROVISIONS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214 1 PARTICULARS 7 AND 8 OF THE PUBLIC AGREEMENT, IF THE CONTRACTING PARTY PROVIDES FOR THE AWARD OF SUCH CONTRACTS, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 para. 1 point. 7 of the Public Procurement Act. .
