The contracting authority guarantees that the minimum value of deliveries in the basic scope will be 70% of the maximum value of this task in the basic scope 4. The Contracting Authority would like to inform you that in this procedure conducted under the open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility of using the procedure referred to in Article 139(1)(b) CTMR. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority using the above-mentioned procedure will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative qualification of the economic operator whose tender was the highest rated in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
