… in the tender form constituting Annex 1 to the tender specifications the address of the Contractor's laundry and the address of the spare laundry in which the laundry services will be provided. 4. In Annex 2 to the ToR and Annex 6 to the ToR, the contracting authority specified quality requirements relating at least to the main elements making up the subject matter of the contract. The Contracting Authority would like to inform you that in this procedure conducted under the open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility of using the procedure referred to in Article 139(1)(b) CTMR. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority using the above-mentioned procedure will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative qualification of the economic operator whose tender was the highest rated in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
