… ‘Polkowska’ House. 2. Heat will be supplied through a heat carrier, hot water, through a district heating network. The water temperature will be indicated in the network water regulation table. The table should be an annex to the contract, and a change in the values included in the table will not constitute an amendment to the contract. 3. The sale of heat will take place through a distribution network owned by a heat distributor. 4. The contractor must declare that it has the permits required by law for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract, including the use of the distribution network for the proper performance of the contract. 5. The Contractor must undertake vis-à-vis the Ordering Party to sell and supply heat through the heating network forming part of the Contractor's enterprise, in the amount resulting from the heat output ordered by the Ordering Party, under the conditions specified in the contract. 6. In the event of a written objection by the Ordering Party to the indications of the measurement system, the Contractor undertakes to: - checks within a maximum period of 4 working days (this is the criterion for evaluating tenders) at the place where it is installed, 7. The Contractor, if necessary or at the written request of the Ordering Party, will remove the measurement and billing system contested by the Ordering Party and check it in the laboratory.
