Es ist der Nachweis zu führen über das Bestehen einer Berufs- oder Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung für IT-Dienstleistungen. Es muss sich hierbei um eine solche handeln, die zweifach maximiert ist für Sach-,Tätigkeits- und Vermögensschäden. Zum Nachweis ist eine entsprechende Bescheinigung des Versicherers vorzulegen. Hilfsweise kann seitens des Bieters eine formlose Erklärung vorgelegt werden, wonach eine entsprechende Versicherung vor Vertrags-beginn abgeschlossen wird. Die Versicherung muss ab Vertragsabschluss über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit aufrechterhalten werden. Sie muss die Haftung des Auftragnehmers für Personen-, Sach-, Tätigkeits- und Vermögensschäden abdecken. Der Bieter sichert zu, dass alle zum Einsatz kommenden Unterauftragnehmer über einen vergleichbaren Versicherungsschutz verfügen bzw. trägt selbst für einen entsprechenden Schutz Sorge.
