In order to optimize the operation of Care Point Waasland's (ZPW) home care, a government contract is being issued for the purchase and implementation of software that should better streamline the processes for our home care services. Home care services are: family care and cleaning service at home, chore service, day care, short stay and residential care: groups of assisted living homes, elderly homes and residential care centres. The focus is primarily on the processes within home care, but is optional and in the long term but ideally expandable to residential care. ZPW already works according to uniform processes, but the software is outdated, not efficient and too dependent on human actions. … of substantive requirements and minimal links so that double registration can be avoided as much as possible. An overarching care file with service-specific registration options for intake, file building, file follow-up and contract management are crucial from the start of the implementation. This includes a user-friendly planning tool with employee app, a link with time registration, with Vesta, with Pluxee and BelRAI and a conversion of current (both active and passive) care files. Ideally, this should also be followed by an overarching waiting list management based on a thorough points system, an integrated job tracker functionality and a link with Power BI. Karwei? Finally, a link with VSB becomes a necessity. The software must be web-based, hosted at the supplier and provides flexible license management. User management can be linked to our Microsoft Azure AD tenant via Identify federation. The software must be accessible both inside and outside the ZPW network and easy to operate on different types of devices (desktop PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone …) and with the various common operating systems on the market. Detailed technical details will be available in the technical provisions of the tender specifications. ZPW wishes to purchase an already available software that has several modules and where a certain form of flexibility is present, but in which customization and additional costs for that customization are avoided. The software will be purchased according to the SAAS (Software As A Service) principle and must be compatible with Windows Server 20149 and Citrix ready. In addition, a link with Azure Active Directory is also required.
