(STM Safe Medicines Guide). • Training must be provided in both Finnish and Swedish • Basic training in accordance with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health's guide to safe pharmacotherapy, which enables the above-mentioned personnel to implement basic pharmacotherapy as a natural route • Online implementation possibility Estimate of the number of trainees on an annual basis: 400 people a year. The amounts will be specified with the start of the mini-competitions. b. Pharmacovigilance training for teaching and educational staff and personnel with a practical nurse background, who serve as the basis for the medical licenses granted by the doctor. By this training, we mean training in accordance with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health's Guide to Safe Pharmacotherapy, which meets the following need: Personnel carrying out pharmacotherapy need separate pharmacovigilance training and a written authorisation to carry out more demanding pharmacotherapy (ddmmyy, narcotic drugs administered by natural route, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections and replacement of a non-pharmacovigilance extension containing a basic solution). Permits and demonstrations are arranged by the employer and the service provider is not asked for a reply. • Training should be provided in both Finnish and Swedish • subcutaneous injection (incl. Insulin) - Medicinal product authorisation • Medicinal products DDMMYY and N - Medicinal product authorisations • Online implementation possibility Estimated number of trainees per year: 250 people per year.
