Cleaning service for bus stops and emptying, washing and maintenance of waste bins at bus stops, street bins and dog waste bins in the Kobierzyce Municipality

… (on Mondays in hours. 7.00 -15.00) bus stops with a canopy of 65 d) 1 x a week (Mondays in hours. 7.00 -15.00) bus stops without shelters in the number of 43 pcs. 2) Emptying baskets at bus stops – in accordance with Annex 2 to the SOPZ: a) 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday in hours. 7.00 -15.00) for baskets located at bus stops in the following places: Bielany Wrocławskie, Domasław (ul. Wrocławska at the store), Wysoki, Ślęza, Kobierzyce (ul. Witosa) b) 2 times a week (Monday and Friday in hours. 7.00-15.00) for baskets located at bus stops in the following places: Krzyżowice (ul. Main, Żernicka), Cieszyce (DK-8 road), Jaszowice (DK-8 road), Magnice (on the former DK-8 road), Małuszów (DK-35 road), Pustków Wilczkowski (DK-8 road), Tyniec Mały, Rolantowice (DK-8 road) and other baskets located at bus stops in Kobierzyce and Domasław, not listed in point (a) above c) 1 x per week (on Monday at 8:00 p.m. 7.00 -15.00) for baskets located at bus stops in all other places not listed in points (a) and (b) above 3) Emptying street baskets and dog droppings – in accordance with Annex 3: 3 times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10.00 a.m. 7.00 - 15.00 in the following places: Bielany Wrocławskie, Wysoki, Ślęza, Tyniec Mały, Domasław, Kobierzyce b) 2 times a week: Monday and Friday at 8:00 p.m. 7.00 - 15.00 in other places not listed in point a) above 4) The Contractor is obliged to empty the street baskets and dog droppings and baskets at bus stops in a way that ensures that they are not overcrowded.  Preventing overcrowding of baskets means: each time containers are emptied in the event of overfilling, more often than shown above. 5) In addition, the Contractor's duties will include: a) washing all baskets with a hot-pressure washer, water together with cleaning detergents 1 time per quarter (or possibly 2 times per quarter if necessary at the discretion of the Ordering Party), b) maintaining ongoing maintenance of baskets consisting in straightening bent elements, welding broken elements and reassembling ripped baskets - as needed, c) removing acts of vandalism - as needed. 4. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) contains Annex A to the FTZ specifying the detailed scope and conditions for the performance of the contract together with annexes – quantitative and location lists of bus stops and rubbish bins. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variants and electronic catalogues. 6. Other conditions for the performance of the contract, including the method of settlement between the Parties, include the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the FTZ.
