For parts and materials used for the execution of orders, the Contractor will provide at least a 12-month warranty, but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty 4) Spare parts and materials needed for repair will be provided by the Contractor or the Ordering Party. 5) As part of the implementation of the contract, the Contractor will ensure the transport of damaged vehicles from the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the area of operation of the Police units indicated for a given task to the Contractor's repair point, at the same time ordering a valuation of the removal of damage. 6) Repairs of vehicles will be carried out only by qualified employees of the Contractor. 7) The Ordering Party will instruct the Contractor to perform repairs reimbursed by the Insurance Companies (hereinafter referred to as HERE). In this case, the Ordering Party may authorize the Contractor to settle the non-cash settlement with HERE. 8) The estimated number of vehicles repaired, determined on the basis of experience from previous years, which the Ordering Party envisages to commission during the term of the contract is: 1. For task 1 - about 200 repairs, the payer of which will be the Ordering Party and about 1000 repairs in non-cash settlement with HERE; 60 non-invasive repairs: SPOT varnishing and dents removal without PDR varnishing; 2. For task 2 – about 20 repairs, the payer of which will be the Ordering Party and about 200 repairs in non-cash settlement with HERE: 10 non-invasive repairs: SPOT varnishing and dents removal without PDR varnishing; 3. For task no. 3 - about 20 repairs, the payer of which will be the Ordering Party and about 200 repairs in non-cash settlement with HERE; 10 non-invasive repairs: SPOT lacquering and dents removal without PDR lacquering. 9) The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with the opportunity to carry out activities related to the handling and liquidation of damage (preparation of appropriate paper and photographic documentation, carrying out vehicle inspections, monitoring the progress of work, ensuring access to information on the events handled, etc.), at the Customer Service Point, which must be located in the Małopolskie Province; for this purpose, the Contractor will appoint a number of formal and administrative staff to keep the progress of the work up to date at each stage of the work undertaken/awarded. 10) The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with technical advice on the concluded contract as part of the price. 11) The Ordering Party requires that the Ordering Party's vehicles be stored in the Contractor's repair halls or in the car park on the internal premises of the plant for the time of closing the repair facility, without access by third parties. Vehicle storage facilities must be supervised technically or physically. 12) The Agreement will be valid for 36 months from the date of conclusion, but not longer than until the amount for which it will be concluded is exhausted.
