… located in a given zone. 2) Snow removal and sprinkling of pavements, communal parking areas takes place at the explicit order of the Ordering Party. 3) Particularly dangerous places, i.e. driveways, hills, arches, bends, intersections are subject to snow removal and sprinkling with scrub or defrosting material in full and with a supply of approx. 20m before and after the above-mentioned road elements, over their entire width. 4) Maz and snow mud formed after a temporary increase in temperature should be removed on an ongoing basis, not allowing it to freeze on the road. 5) The readiness of the equipment and employees to provide the service by the Contractor in the winter season. 6) The performance of the subject of the contract is ensured by the Contractor using his own or at the Contractor's disposal and technically efficient equipment. The equipment to which the service will be provided must be absolutely technically efficient and adapted to the specifics of the service, in particular to perform the service on narrow roads with a width of up to 2.5 m. 7) The detailed scope of the service includes the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ and the Service Specification constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ. 8) The Ordering Party reserves the right to add roads, pavements, squares or parking lots that are not included in the list of a given zone. 4. The division of the Łazy Commune into zones/parts: 1) Zone I Lazy City, Rokitno Szlacheckie, Mitręga, Hutki Kanki municipal roads – 52,248 km car parks – 11 344 m2 pavements – 11 243 m 2) Zone II Niegowonice, Niegowoniczki, Grabowa, Skałbania municipal roads – 48,592 km car parks – 3 165 m2 pavements – 2 080 m 3) Zone III High, Wiesiółka, Trawice, Turza, Kuźnica Masłońska, Chruszczobród, Trzebyczka, Chruszczobród-Piaski municipal roads – 49,500 km pavements – 2 475 m sand containers – 5 pcs. 5. The detailed scope of the service together with the list of winter maintenance roads, divided into zones (tasks) is included in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ Service specification. This Annex forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions of Contract.
