… 95 of the Act. 4. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act. 5. The Ordering Party requires the lodging of a security: The offer must be secured by a security in the amount of: in Part 1: six hundred 00/100 [ 600,00 ] zlotys, in part 2: one thousand two hundred 00/100 [ 1 200,00 ] zlotys. The deadline for lodging the security and the form of the security are described in detail in point. The term of execution of the subject of the contract is 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract indicated above is the maximum deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract. The Contractor may indicate in the tender a shorter deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract (respectively for the lot). The Contracting Authority shall not require the lodging of a security for the proper performance of the contract.
